Happy American Cheese Month! Celebrate your love of dairy products with free cheese tastings in Chicago Thursday. The goal of the month-long free cheese tour is to raise awareness of the quality and diversity of American cheeses while increasing support for family farms, traditional cheese production methods, and sustainable production models. Errr…ok. All I got out of that was FREE CHEESE. Put your lactose intolerance to good use and keep the American Cheese Education Foundation going strong—or just shovel the cheese into your backpack and have a fine wine and cheese pregame fit for campus royalty.
