At 8:11 p.m., Austin Young and Ash Jaidev learned that they had won the ASG Presidential election with 53.57 percent of the vote. After a couple speeches, one of the campaign staffers asked the most relevant question. “So how are we gonna celebrate?” So ends the 2011 ASG elections. Do you feel any different? No? Me neither. Updated: Austin explains how he’ll celebrate: “It’s gonna involve food. We’ve had so much junk food… well, we’ve not had a decent meal in a week. So we’re going to go out with the teammates and celebrate the students choosing us!” Needless to say, he’s pretty ecstatic.
