Extreme Makeover: ASG Senate Edition recommences as legislation detailing a drastic plan to reduce the size of the governing body will likely be brought forth at tonight’s senate meeting. The legislation was originally brought up last quarter, but was tabled as Senate got caught up in doling out more funding for student groups and never really got around to it (irony at its best?). Instead of presenting a 1,000-word editorial on why you should care, we went around and simply talked to students, senators, and former and current ASG presidents to get the skinny on just how exactly this will affect the average student.
