How do you kick a hangover?
A Clarke’s skillet! Going to Clarke’s with my friends is always the perfect way.
What tops your college bucket list?
There’s the typical stuff like painting the Rock, but I would rather do something just completely ridiculous while I’m here. Like there was one time last quarter when my friend and I used an entire meal swipe on candy bars and then ate all of them in the middle of class.
If you could room with any fictional character, who would it be?
Leslie Knope (from Parks and Recreation), obviously, because she’s just completely crazy. I feel like she would always have something funny to say; she’ll keep me entertained.
When you were 5, what did you want to be when you were 20?
I wanted to be a professional basketball player in the WNBA. Insane, isn’t it?
Who headlines your dream Dillo Day?
Tina Fey. She could just be up on stage reading Bossy Pants.
If you could change one thing you did in the past year, what would it be?
I probably would have not have taken that Anthro class Winter Quarter. It was horrible, it was all about monkeys, an entire quarter of monkeys.
What is your biggest TV guilty pleasure?
Real Housewives of New Jersey or Russian Dolls. I’m obsessed with trashy television.
What is your favorite expletive, and why?
I don’t know if I would consider it an expletive but I do like saying the word “slut.” It sounds weird but it’s very heavy in your mouth, like just saying “slut” is so nice.”
What are your plans for December 21, 2012?
I would bake some cupcakes and pass them out on Sheridan Road because if you’re going to die you might as well have a really good cupcake.
You can spend one day with any Chicagoan, real or imagined. Who is it and what do you do?
I would hang out with Rahm and then kick ass and take names.
What invention would the world be better off without, and why?
I hate voicemail so much. It’s so annoying that you get a message, have to listen to it and then call back when you could have just called them in the first place.
If you could balance on a tightrope, over what landscape would you walk?
It would be fun to have a tightrope between the Sears Tower and another tall building downtown just to see the view.
How do you feel about Wednesday?
I love Wednesdays, they’re the bomb. You’re halfway through the week and finally at the point where you can put your work off until the weekend.
What does your drink of choice say about your personality?
I like cosmopolitans and I think that implies that I like to have fun but I’m not fratty.
