NU declares snow day for first time since 1979

Judging from the blowout of excitement in Bobb-McCulloch’s halls, everyone is aware that there is a snow day tomorrow, Feb 2, and all classes have been cancelled. Freshmen are screaming for shots as upperclassmen studying for midterms silently ponder that this is college and you don’t really need a snow day to skip class. The rundown of what will be open tomorrow after the jump.

-Willard and Elder Dining Halls will be closed. All other dining halls are scheduled to remain open. The dining halls will be in continuous operation until 7 p.m. today.
-Norris University Center will be open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
-University library is closed.
-SPAC is closed
-University student health and CAPS are closed today. All emergencies should be directed to 9-1-1.
