Our favorite campus celeb, Chet Haze, seems to always talk about the haters—not like we stalk his Twitter feed or anything. But the hating reached another level when shock jock Howard Stern talked about Haze on his radio show yesterday. “This is Tom Hanks’ son who’s like a full blown wigger,” Stern says. “He goes around, you know, yo yo yo, what up, word, and it’s like, you’re Tom Hanks fucking son.” Yes, he grew up in Pacific Palisades—not exactly 8 Mile—but it’s 2011, does every rapper need a hardened past? Stern doesn’t stop before attacking Haze’s rap skills: “He’s in the studio already and he’s got absolutely zero talent.” Haze seems to be taking the news well.
