Who headlines your dream Dillo Day?
I don’t really go to Dillo Day.
What do you do instead?
Last year, I was working on a final project for a class. It was very intense, it involved banging some of these typefaces on fifteen sheets of paper, it took me six hours.
If you weren’t in college now, what would you be doing?
You’re making me get all dreamy. Ideally, I’d plan some kind of trip to Japan.
What tops your NU bucket list?
Finish this project I’ve been doing for a year.
You’re in an elevator with President Schapiro. What do you ask him?
To not have all the humanities classes in this basement-type building called Kresge.
What’s absolutely irreplaceable in your bed room?
I have some newspaper clippings from the Civil War.
What’s stuck in your head?
“This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody)” by The Talking Heads
How do you unwind after a stressful day?
Clean my room, listen to music, dance. Call my grandmother.
What tops your hook-up playlist?
I always find myself playing the first Cut Copy album.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Kafka.
Best professor you’ve had at NU?
There’s several I value for different things.
What turns you on?
I think people should have to try and figure that out on their own.
What do you eat when you’re drunk?
Macaroni & Cheese, but I actually end up just leaving a pot of boiling water on the stove all night.
What’s your favorite NU moment?
Receiving an undergraduate research grant to study in the UK for the summer.
